   Enquiry & dates

   Tell us your travel window, party size, and interests (migration, family, luxury, Kilimanjaro, Zanzibar). We respond with route options and transparent pricing.

   Itinerary confirmation

   We hold lodges, camps, and vehicle days while you review the day-by-day plan. Adjust nights, parks, or flight legs until the pacing feels right.

   Deposit & permits

   A deposit—typically 25–30%—locks your itinerary. We file TANAPA, NCAA, and concession permits and send visa and packing checklists.

4. 4

   Final payment

   Balance is due before travel by agreed wire or card method. Government fees already paid appear on your invoice with receipts on request.

   Pre-departure briefing

   You receive guide contact, meeting points at JRO, luggage advice for bush flights, and emergency numbers. In Arusha we welcome you in person when schedules allow.
