Parties

“Warriors of Africa Safari” (WOA Safari Ltd., Arusha, Tanzania) refers to the entity issuing your itinerary and invoice. Third-party operators (domestic airlines, camps, lodges, TANAPA, NCAA, and licensed guides) remain responsible for delivering their portion of services.

Documents you receive

Final documents may arrive as PDFs, mobile wallet passes, or partner app invitations. You are responsible for travel documentation such as passports, visas, and required health attestations.

Disputes

We prefer good-faith resolution by email and phone. If escalation is required, the venue and governing law are stated on your written agreement. For consumer bookings, disputes are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, with good-faith resolution encouraged in Arusha before any formal proceedings.
