Quotes & deposits

Proposals are valid for the window stated on your quote. Deposits confirm operator space; remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule on your invoice.

Changes & force majeure

Airlines, lodges, and governments may change schedules or requirements after booking. We will present the best available alternatives; fare and policy differences set by suppliers still apply.

Liability

Warriors of Africa Safari acts as a disclosed agent for Tanzanian and international suppliers. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for coordination services except where prohibited by applicable law in Tanzania.
