Why we use this property
Safari Haven Migration Camp is the northern base of our 7-Day Great Migration Mid-Range Safari. It is Safari Haven's seasonal camp, and it follows the Great Migration between two sites: at Kogatende in the northern Serengeti for the Mara River crossings from July to October, and near Lake Ndutu, among acacia woodland, for the calving season from December to March. The walk-in safari tents have verandas, wooden floors and canopied beds under mosquito nets, in double and twin set-ups, with en-suite bathrooms. Meals are served in the dining tent, with candle-lit dinners in the evening. The same team runs Safari Haven Serengeti in the central Serengeti and a camp in Tarangire.
